Nowadays the car market in many countries is overcrowded by foreign brands, regardless whether we think of new or second-hand vehicles. It is no surprise then, that the prices of used cars are going down and new cars lose value the very second that they leave the car dealership. There is at least one brand, though, to which this rule does not apply. Have you checked the prices of used Saab cars recently? If not, be sure to do so. You will be surprised how slow the process of losing value in the case of used Saab vehicles is compared to other brands. Used Saab cars from seven to ten years old are not beautiful cars, no doubt. Neither are they cheap in terms of maintenance (that is obvious due to what was said above). But compare a used Saab from 1990 with any popular brand car from 2000 and you will see how endurable, reliable and simply tough to beat the Scandinavian car brand really is. You may not like it – especially if aesthetical impression is concerned and you may even dislike the car. Nobody can say though, that a used Saab is a car which will fail or betray you on the road.
